As well as preferred shipping method. We will chose the best mode of shipping if not specified. *Please email artwork in VECTOR format. We accept AI-12, EPS12 and Corel15 and lower versions. PC Compatible. Raster artwork does not produce a high enough image for engraving. Setup Charges and Production Times: Hotstamped: Standard Colors, 66.67 per color. Screen Printed logos: PMS matches 150.00 per color (50 piece minimum) *Each additional color will increase the price of each badge by 0.50. -Hotstamped and Screen Printed logo’s badges have a production time of 10-15 working days. Engraved Logos: Email the logo for a logo set-up quote, *Each badge with an engraved logo will increase the price of each badge by 1.00. *Badges with engraved logos have a production time of 5 business days after approval. Full Color Digital & Photo Badges (personalized): -One time set up fee of 60.00 for all new logo’s. -Flood Coating Badges will increase the price of each badge by 2.00. *Please note that some flood coated colors will not print with quality, please contact us for a proof prior to production of any flood coated badge. *Flood Coating is only available on .030” badges. -Production time for Digital/Photo badges will be 5 business days from PO or approved proof. Non Personalized Digital Badges: -One time set up fee of 60.00 for all new logo’s. *Neon Colors will raise the price by 0.75 each. -25 piece minimum for all non personalized digital badges. -Production time for Non Personalized Digital Badges will be 5 business days from PO or approved proof. Framed and Metal Name Badges (engraved or digital): -One time set up fee of 60.00 for all new logo’s. -Hotstamped Engraved Framed Badges, please see Hotstamped section. -Digitally Printed Framed badges, please see the Digital & Photo Section. -Production time for Framed and Metal Badges will be 5-10 business days from PO or approved proof. Laser Engraving: -One time set up fee of 60.00 for all new logo’s. -Production time for Laser Engraving will be 5-10 business days from PO or approved proof. Dye Sublimation: -One time set up fee of 60.00 for all new logo’s. -Production time for Dye Sublimation will be 5-10 working days from PO or approved proof. Desk & Wall Signs (engraved or laser): -One time set up fee of 60.00 for all new logo’s. -Production time for Desk & Wall Signs will be 5-10 working days from PO or approved proof. Proofs: -Physical proof: will incur the set up fee and the cost of each item plus shipping. -Paper or emailed proof: 1st proof is FREE. Each additional proof may incur charges up to 16.70 for each additional proof requested. Rush Orders: -Rush orders are accepted and agreed upon prior to production. Please contact us for approval. All orders which are to be shipped prior to 5 business days are subject to incur a fee of 50.00. *There is no rush available for hotstamped or screen printed items. Freight Charges & Handling: -Customers can choose their preferred shipping method. (USPS, UPS, PRIORITY, EXPRESS or FED EX. *We cannot be responsible for any goods lost, delayed or damaged by postal carrier. -Tracking available upon request. -A handling fee of 1.50 will be added to every order. Terms: -Net 15/ Net 30/ On Receipt/ Pre-Payment depending on approved credit prior to production. * We accept: Visa, Master Card and American Express. * If your invoice goes unpaid for over 30 days a 1.5% fee will be applied to the invoice. * If your invoice goes unpaid for over 60 days. All future orders will be placed on hold until your account is paid in full. Also, all future orders will be payment in full prior to production and shipping. Additional Information: *All products are non-returnable. If there is an error on our part in production contact us immediately. We will correct the issue and ship corrected product with no fee. *If we are not notified of an issue within 45 days, we will replace the incorrect product at a fee of 50% of the original price plus shipping and handling. * Production times may vary depending on current work load in the shop and quantity of products in the order. *Due to current tariff issues on various supplies and products we receive from our suppliers, prices are subject to change at any time
