It has been a few years now that Amber and I have been the proud owners of Badgerland Badge. We are very excited to have this opportunity to work with you. Our new location is nearly twice the size of our old shop. Our retail area has also greatly expanded, allowing us to better serve our local customers. Our new shop is located in the heart of the Broadway District on the West side of Green Bay Wisconsin. We look forward to the what the future holds for Badgerland Badge and Sign Co. inc.
Founded in 1990, Sherry & Randy Ruby have truly created something wonderful in Badgerland Badge & Sign Co. They have created a fantastic company backed with an amazing team who go above and beyond each and every day to make sure that our customers get a great product with a quick turnaround time and at a great price too.
In 2018 Amber and I were made aware of this wonderful opportunity to become a part of Badgerland Badge & Sign. We knew that we needed to be a part of Badgerland Badge and we were correct. We have been able to have local "Art Days" in the community where everyone is welcome young and old to share our space and spend the day painting and making new friends.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US:
In 2002, after being released from the Army I have decided to finish my Marketing and Graphic Design degree as well as obtaining a Press Technician degree. I have since received many certificates and other pieces of paper that say that I can do various things. I began my career in the Sign Industry working in a vinyl department back in 2004. Starting at the bottom and working my way up to management has taught me a great many things. I have been granted many wonderful opportunities and am truly grateful for everyone who has helped me become who I am today.
From the initial client meetings to performing the installs and beyond, I have been learning and growing every step of the way. There is no doubt in my mind that I am a “SIGN GUY” through and through. I can see myself doing nothing else for the remainder of my business career than being a sign guy, a maker, an artist and a dreamer of dreams.
Amber, who is the President of Badgerland Badge will focus on all of the accounting, HR and the seemingly endless paperwork elements. All while maintaining her career in the insurance industry.
I am the Vice President of Badgerland Badge and will be doing what I do best. Building new relationships, taking care of customers, designing, building and installing great products for great people.
We have no intention of turning Badgerland Badge into one of those large corporate industrial sign companies. You will not find us making Channel Letters, Pylons, Monuments and Billboards. However, we would be more than happy to send you in the right direction if that is what you need. We want to stay small and really focus on our history and maintain the highest standards in quality and customer service.
We are proud to stay small and are very grateful to be able to serve companies nationwide as well as the companies here in our hometown with whatever needs that they may have. From name badges to braille signage, from Banners to Trade Show products, gifts and advertising items, we want to be the shop for you.
We will continue to offer wholesale pricing to all of our business partners, Sage and ASI members. We will also continue to offer the best possible price with the best possible materials to all of our retail customers.
Thank you for choosing Badgerland Badge & Sign Co.

Please reach us at orders@badgerlandbadge.com if you cannot find an answer to your question. We are more than Happy to Help.
We pride ourselves on creating quality product with a quick turn around. Currently we are within 5 business days for order fulfilment. Once the order has been placed and the artwork has been approved, we advance the order into our production schedule. However, when workload increases so will production time.
Under normal circumstances with proper care and maintenance, no they should not fade.
There is a overlaminate that goes on all of our badges to help protect with UV and normal wear.
We have done research on what makes a badge fade quicker than "normal" use, such as:
direct sunlight, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, cleaning with bleach, alcohol wipes, acetone, putting on the dashboard of a or hanging from the rear-view mirror of a vehicle, x-ray machines, excessive heat, daily wiping with hand sanitizer, perfume as well as a few other ways will make badges fade.
Even though there is an overlaminate on our badges that will not protect them from excessive misuse.
If there is still concern for the longevity of the badges, we can print the badges and then put them into a plastic sleeve with the slot cut for the lanyard or clip. The plastic sleeve would better protect the badges.
We are currently enjoying our new building located at 119 S Chestnut Ave Green Bay WI 54303. In the heart of the Broadway District. We are in the building with the really cool mural painted on the north side wall. Our parking lot is on the south side of the building.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
